• Is [what you want to buy] in stock?

Generally YES! But it also happens that I don't have exactly that item configuration in stock and I might need at most 2-3 days more to build your product. If I need more time, or really have no stock, I shall email you at the soonest and explain the situations. Refunds are possible at any time before I ship out. 

• Can I backorder something that shows out of stock ?

Yes, I strive to always have stock and never let backorders pile up for more than one month. Please read the product page for details about stock levels.

• Where do you ship from? Do I need to pay anything else at delivery?

All products are shipped from Romania, in Europe. No taxes should be left to pay at delivery.

• How much does delivery take? Do you ship to [insert your address here] ?

I ship everywhere around the world by regular postal system or express couriers such as UPS, DHL or TNT depending on who is available. There are some countries that are extremely expensive to deliver to - such as African or south-east Asian countries. In such cases shipping will be more expensive, and only by post.
Delivery by post to Europe takes 1 week; to USA and Canada takes 9-10 calendar days, to Australia takes 2-3 weeks.
Delivery by courier to Europe takes 3-5 days, everywhere else takes 1 week.

• How do I use what I bought ?

All items on this site come with an instruction manual filled with text and pictures. You can ask for it by email if you lost the "order shipped" notification. My email is ciprianrotary@gmail.com.
Compression testers have multiple Youtube videos about how to use them - I'd suggest the one made by Driven By Madness.
